
Meet the Coaches
Limitless Tennis provides a great coaching programme at Cranleigh Tennis Club. We are committed to providing all players and standards with the opportunity to learn to play tennis and improve their game. We offer a full coaching programme for all ages, standards and abilities, whether you are playing tennis for the first time or an advanced player.
We have coaching groups such as Tots Tennis, Mini Tennis, Junior Squads, LTA Youth Sessions, Adult Beginner Coaching all the way through to Advanced Drills and Cardio Tennis sessions.
Cranleigh has excellent qualified coaches who are available for individual and group tennis coaching. Coaching sessions can be found at Limitless Tennis.

Grant Fellows
Level 5 Master coach
Grant is the founder of Limitless Tennis which provides Cranleigh Lawn Tennis and Social Club with a fantastic tennis coaching programme for all ages and abilities.
Having played tennis for over 20 years, Grant has a wealth of tennis experience. He represented his county as a junior and has 17 years of coaching experience working both in the UK and abroad.
Having coached players to as high as 4th in the UK, Grant has a vast experience of coaching all ages from beginners to national level. Grant provides lessons of an extremely high level and always gets the best out of the players.

Nicholas Stansby
Level 3 Coach
Nick has been passionate about tennis since he first picked up a racket at the age of 3 — and he hasn’t stopped playing since.
He began his journey with the prestigious Wimbledon Junior Tennis Initiative and went on to compete at the county level as a junior.
Today, Nick brings that same energy and dedication to his coaching, delivering high-quality, engaging lessons for both adults and children of all ages and skill levels.
His sessions combine technical expertise with a fiery, youthful enthusiasm that makes learning tennis both fun and rewarding.

Lucy Gooden
Level 3 Coach
Lucy started playing tennis at the age of 6 and has previously competed for her county as a junior and more recently for her university, Middlesex.
She has coached at Sutton Tennis Academy and many other GLL centres providing fun and educational lessons for players of all ages.

Neil Howarth
Level 3 Coach
Neil joined our team in 2023 and his lessons have been enjoyed by all. A great addition to our awesome team. Neil has played tennis all his life and loves to inspire all players to play the game and have fun getting better. Neil enjoys coaching youngsters, developing them to county and national level. Neil has coached multiple players to national champions, so he is one for the young players that want to get off to the best of starts in their tennis career.

Shane Wheeler-Kingshot
Level 2 Coach
Shane is an emerging tennis coach with a strong foundation in high-level competitive play. As a junior, he competed at the national level and continues to play regularly, bringing current, real-game insight to his coaching. Since joining us in January 2025, Shane has made an immediate impact—his enthusiasm, technical knowledge, and player-first approach are already helping many athletes elevate their game.

Sherry
Level 2 Coach
New Coach Alert! Sherry joins the team and she is excited about growing the game. The Limitless Tennis Activator is looking forward to getting more children and families on the court. Predominantly coaching @officialrphs and will be @cranleightennis too.
